2. How we
use Cookie and similar technology
2.1 Cookie
To ensure
the proper functioning of our website, we sometimes store small data files
called cookie on mobile devices. Cookie is a plain text file stored on a
computer or mobile device by a web server. The content of Cookie can only be
retrieved or read by the server that creates it. Each Cookie is unique to your
mobile application. Cookie usually contains identifiers, site names, and some
numbers and characters. We can store user preference data with Cookie.
Most
Internet service providers enable Cookie to improve user experience. With
Cookie, it is possible to remember the user's single visit (using session
Cookie) or multiple visits (using permanent Cookie). With Cookie, settings such
as the language of the mobile device, personal data and other data can be
saved. This means that users do not need to reconfigure user preferences every
time they visit. If a mobile device does not use Cookie, every time a user
turns on the mobile device, the mobile device will treat it as a new visitor.
For example, if you have logged in to a mobile device, the device will not
recognize you when you log in again, and you will be logged out again.
We will not
use Cookie for any purpose other than those described in this policy.
3. How we
disclose your personal data
We will not
sell your personal data to third parties. However, we will disclose your
personal data in the following situations:

Disclosure with explicit consent: After
obtaining your explicit consent, we will share your personal data with other
parties.
3.2
Disclosure to authorized partners (referred as "Our partners"
hereafter): Some of our services are provided by our partners.
We may share some of your personal data with our partners to provide better
customer service and user experience. For example, when you purchase our
products online, we must share your personal data with logistics service
providers to arrange delivery, or arrange for partners to provide services. We
will only process your personal data for specific, clear and lawful purposes,
and only disclose the data necessary to provide the service. Our partners have
no right to use the shared personal data for any other purpose.
3.3
Disclosure based on law or reasonable basis: We may
disclose your personal data when required by law, legal procedures, litigation,
or public and government authorities. In some jurisdictions, if we are involved
in reorganization, merger or bankruptcy and liquidation litigation, then your
personal data will also be disclosed to the counterparty. We will also disclose
your data when there is a reasonable need, for example, for the purpose of
enforcing terms and conditions and protecting customers.
4. How to
access or modify your personal data
According to
our terms and conditions, you can manage your personal data, such as your
account information, at any time. You should ensure that all personal data
submitted is accurate. We will try our best to maintain the accuracy and
completeness of personal data and update these data in a timely manner.
You have the
right to access your personal data, except for certain legal exceptions. If the
privacy and information laws of certain jurisdictions are different, we will
comply with those laws. If you want to exercise data access rights, please give
us feedback via email. To ensure safety, you may need to provide a written
request.
You also
have the right to delete or modify any personal information we hold about you.
We will delete or modify such information at your request. To make such a
request, please send us an email feedback. If we have a reasonable basis to
believe that these requests are deceptive and unfulfilled, or if local laws do
not provide for access rights, we will refuse to process the request.
Right to close your account: You have the right to close
your account, which can be done via accessing “Me>Settings>Account and
Security.” After logging out, your personal information will be deleted or
anonymized no later than 90 days from the date of your deletion request.
Right to withdraw consent: You have the right to withdraw
your consent for storage and use of your personal information at any time. Use
of personal information is necessary to perform business functions. You may

information, turning off device permissions, adjusting relevant settings or
features, or closing your account.
5. How we
protect your personal data
We value the
security of personal data. We adopt industry standard practices to protect your
personal data and prevent unauthorized access, disclosure, use, modification,
damage or loss of data. We will take all reasonable and feasible measures to
protect your personal data. For example, we will use encryption technology to
ensure the confidentiality of data; we will use trusted protection mechanisms
to prevent malicious attacks on data; we will deploy access control mechanisms
to ensure that only authorized personnel can access personal data; and we will
conduct security and privacy protection training courses to strengthen
employees’ awareness of the importance of protecting personal data.
We will take
all reasonable and feasible measures to ensure that irrelevant personal data is
not collected. We will only retain your personal data for the period required
to achieve the purpose stated in the policy, unless it is necessary to extend
the retention period or is permitted by law. We will do our best to protect
your personal data, but please note that no security measures can be

of children's personal data with parental consent, we will only use or disclose
this data when permitted by law, the parent or guardian's explicit consent, or
is necessary to protect the child. Although local laws and customs define
children differently, we treat anyone under 13 years old as a child.
If we find
that we have collected children’s personal data without first obtaining
verifiable parental consent, we will try to delete the relevant data as soon as
possible.
7. Our third-party providers and their services
We have
no control over the privacy and data security policies of third-parties, and
third-parties are not bound by this policy. Please refer to the privacy
policies of these third-parties prior to submitting your personal information
to a third-party.

cooperation with third-party software development kit (SDK) providers
